These terms apply to your use of vicdesign.com.au (the "site"), operated by Victorian Drafting and Design ("VDD", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. They do not apply to any drafting or design services we may later be engaged to provide — those are governed by a separate written engagement.

2. Information on this site

The site is provided for general information about our practice. While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the content is complete or current, and nothing on the site constitutes architectural, engineering, planning or legal advice. Drafting fees, project timelines and council outcomes referenced on the site are indicative only and depend on each project's specifics.

3. Project examples and photography

Photographs and case studies on the site depict completed or in-progress work delivered by VDD. They are shown for illustrative purposes; built outcomes vary with site, brief and consultant team.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, photography, drawings, the VDD name and brand mark, and the underlying design and code of the site itself — is owned by Victorian Drafting and Design or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You must not reproduce, republish, modify or commercially exploit any of the content without our prior written consent.

5. Enquiries via the site

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. We will respond to genuine project enquiries within two business days, but we reserve the right not to engage on any particular project. Information you provide is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the site or its contact form to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or automated submissions
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or any associated infrastructure
• Upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing or misleading
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or systematically copy the site's content

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
